Cut the top fabric, lining fabric, and thick batting, following the template.
Note: Add embroidery and Sashiko first if desired.
Baste the tape for the tag, which is folded in half, onto the right side of the top fabric. Layer the batting on the wrong side. Fold it with the right sides together and do running stitches on a straight line.
Fold the lining fabric, right sides together, and do running stitches on a straight line.
Place the top fabric and lining fabric, right sides together, leaving a 4 cm seam at the edge of the back seam.
Turn the fabric inside out through the opening and close it using ladder stitches.
Note: If adding a pom pom, use the Pom Pom Maker (Small) (35 mm) (Art No. 3124) and make a pom pom by winding the light knitting wool fifty times per side. Sew it on the pot holder.
