・No. 25 embroidery thread, red, 8 m
・No. 8 embroidery thread, red, as required
◆ For the tapestry section
・Linen fabric, 32 × 12 cm
・Embroidery thread
Red, as required
Lame thread (gold), as required
・Ric rac tape (5-mm width), 11 cm
・String to hang the tapestry, 50 cm
・1 Branch (about 16 cm long, with a diameter of about 7 mm)
Making
*Please adjust the location where you stop sewing to suit the thickness of the branch.
Use the template to cut the fabric.
Transfer the design to the fabric and use the red thread to embroider. Sew the ric rac tape in the same position as shown in the picture.
Fold the seams to the rear and iron firmly.
Fold the fabric in half so that it faces externally, and leaving enough room for the branch to pass through, sew all around, about 5 mm from the edge.
Prepare the string for hanging the tapestry. Pass the string through the areas you just left unsewn, then tie its ends together.
Pass the branch through the same section as the string.
Set the Tassel Maker (small) to 3. Wind the embroidery thread onto the tassel maker 8 times to make a tassel of about 3 cm. Use the No. 8 embroidery thread to make a cord for the tassel by tying it into a loop.
*Make it so that the cord extends about 1 cm from the tassel.
To finish, sew a tassel to each of the three spots shown in the picture.
