Okada Toshio founded Okada Keishichi Shoten
March 1947
Became a corporation under the name Okada Keishichi Shoten Co., Ltd.
May 1958
Changed its name to Clover Saihougu Co., Ltd.
March 1963
Opened an office in Tokyo
April 1964
New head office factory was completed
July 1964
Name changed to Clover Mfg. Co., Ltd.

Tokyo office relocated and became Tokyo sales office
April 1968
Construction of new factory at Yoshida, Higashi-Osaka City, completed. The site of the former head office factory at Tamatsukuri was made into a delivery center.

Opened Sapporo sales office

Construction of the head office building at 3-15-5 Nakamichi, Higashinari Ward, Osaka City (the site of the former Osaka distribution center) completed and the office moved there
